Qualification preparation begins in the candidate's home country. Our training centre prepares nurses for the German knowledge examination and equips them for day-one readiness in your facility.
Upon mutual agreement, employment begins — either directly after arrival or following the knowledge examination. We continue to support both parties throughout the integration phase.
